Once you have placed an order with us,  ADinspira brand Clothing have agreed to sell you goods only on the basis that the following terms and conditions have been read, understood and agreed by you.

Every product from AD is unique and special, we may ask you to take care of it !

a. This website is owned and operated by the domain name adinspira.net

b. All use of the products and services offered on the Website and any information content on AD is governed by these Terms & Conditions.

c. AD and you agree to be bound by these Terms & condtions.

2. Returns

a. All returns must be sent back within 10 business days of the delivery date.
b. Customers will be responsible for all freight costs unless the garment(s) received was damaged or wrongly supplied.
c. All returns MUST be sent with a specific reason of return.
e. Goods on sale will be accepted for unique reason of returning the product. This only include (jeweler's)

3.Clothing is not returnable by any reason.

4. Delivery

On receipt of your order AD will usually delivery the goods depending of the location. (Overseas may take between 2-4 weeks)

New Zealand may take between 1-2 weeks.

If for any reason we are unable to supply within this time frame we will contact you with an estimated time of delivery, and you have the option of changing or canceling your order. All orders are sent by courier. If your order arrives damaged please notify us immediately so we can organise a new order.

5. Payment

No goods will be delivered unless we receive payment with your order. We accept Visa.

6. Warning

AD can not accept responsibility of not delivered item(s) if the address was incorrectly at the time of buying.

7. Copyright & trademarks

Unless otherwise stated, AD is the owner of all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights relating to the AD Website and its contents. This includes without limitation all intellectual property rights in respect of all text, graphics, logos, images excluding products pictures. and software that are included in the AD Website.

Except as required for the use of the AD Website in accordance with these Terms of Use, no material or information on the ADinspira may be reproduced, stored in an electronic or other retrieval system, altered, uploaded to a third party location.
